Would NOT recommend!!
June 16, 2024Have a lot of tenants that use subsidized funds to cover rent who have no stake in keeping the community clean, quiet, or usable. Trash is thrown on the ground and left outside for multiple days so that wild animals come in to feed. Vandalism and misuse of shared space is common and the company that owns the property does little to combat these issues. Not worth the cost.Review from Apartments.com

June 15, 2022It is a little bit expensive for the area, but is one of the few apartments that allows pets and isn't run down and feels safe. Would only recommend to someone with a job that provides the means to afford it.
