Smoothest move in of all time!
February 4, 2026The leasing agent, Ingrid, got us moved in after the showing within 48 hours. Truly exceptional care! The apartments are layed out thoughtfully and well built. The only improvement I could see being done are assigned parking spaces per unit as sometimes late at night there is no parking available in the entire community so the far-away overflow parking must be used. For the most part, a great apartment community and leasing team!Property Manager Responded

Lived here 3 years for a reason!
December 4, 2025I've lived in several apartments over the years. None of them compare to my experience at Burton Hills. Honestly, the staff there were always very attentive to anything that I brought up to them - though, I there really were very few things that I had to talk about. Instead, they regularly held events, kept us all informed... and always made sure the fancy coffee machine was working (I wouldn't be able to make through my mornings without that coffee!). I'm only leaving Burton Hills because ...changes in my life demands it. Otherwise, I would have no problem staying longer. Thanks!!Property Manager Responded

I love living here!
November 19, 2025I lived at The Harrison in downtown Asheville and now Burton Hills. The same property management company owns both so when I moved across town, I wanted to stay with them because I trust them. The view and location are fantastic! There is little noise. Their amenities are well maintained. I love having my trash picked up so I don’t have to drop it at the dumpster. I didn’t know I needed that in my life until I had it. Great experience
July 14, 2025We recently moved here and had a wonderful experience with the staff who were so helpful getting us set and filling out the paperwork! They were very friendly and understanding, worked hard over the weekend to help us move in as soon as possible! Peaceful living and convenient to everything you need
April 24, 2025Ive been here 4 years now . I love living here got my apartment brand new. I do have a peaceful living here and living by myself it seem to be safe my neighbors are good they dont bother me. Its always hi and hello, Every morning when they walk their dog. It is hard for me to leave infact my lease will be over in 2 months i was thinking of living the place because of rent going high each year and pretty much all the prices are high . And i want to go for a cheaper living . I look around and try ...to compare everything similar to what i have. Seem like all the prices kinda similar. And infact this company offer me a cheaper place in downtown Asheville area sister company just to get my ends meet. Thats how nice this management are. I try to compare everything i finally make my decision that my place still the best around this area and the convience of everything including I -26 cant beat that. I highly recommend this place Burton Hills Apartment in Arden NC.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Staff and Neighbors
August 2, 2024There is always room for improvement. Since I've moved here in Aug of 2021, there has been so many positive changes in the complex. From the property's green areas and all the amenities to the office staff and to the quality and kindness of the new tenants.
