Smoothest move in of all time!

The leasing agent, Ingrid, got us moved in after the showing within 48 hours. Truly exceptional care! The apartments are layed out thoughtfully and well built. The only improvement I could see being done are assigned parking spaces per unit as sometimes late at night there is no parking available in the entire community so the far-away overflow parking must be used. For the most part, a great apartment community and leasing team!

I've lived in several apartments over the years. None of them compare to my experience at Burton Hills. Honestly, the staff there were always very attentive to anything that I brought up to them - though, I there really were very few things that I had to talk about. Instead, they regularly held events, kept us all informed... and always made sure the fancy coffee machine was working (I wouldn't be able to make through my mornings without that coffee!). Its always hi and hello, Every morning when they walk their dog. It is hard for me to leave infact my lease will be over in 2 months i was thinking of living the place because of rent going high each year and pretty much all the prices are high .
