Please, Please if you have other options, do not rent here. Between the unresponsive office and maintenance that aren’t friendly and not wanting to help. Office has been open since 9am. It’s 75 in my townhouse when I wake up and now almost 80. Emergency maintenance where? I submitted work orders and nothing. I was supposed to have been transferred to another townhome due to constant leaks and floods, since April…. Nothing. I switched jobs and had one month I asked for them to give me another two ...
weeks to pay, this was in May. They continue to give me the run around and use that as an excuse. I did not sign this lease for constant leaks, mold, sinks falling in, toilet issues that went on for 6 months and more. I cannot wait to move out.
Lease is up in September and they keep sending lease renewal offers. Absolutely not. It’s not worth the stress, the black mold, the attitudes and more. Please believe the bad reviews on here because they are 1000% true. And do not think one bit you’ll get help. You just get ignored. Or if they ever respond it’s attitude as if I beg the man upstairs to allow something to happen in my home so I have to be in contact with them. Honestly wish I never needed to reach out.
