Inefficient management

Lived here now 3+ years. We've had issues with our dryer for over 3 months now, we have to be the ones to call the vendor to come fix it. Vendor hasn't come around yet despite having to raise a service request myself and the office is less concerned. All they do is sit in the office and care less about our living conditions. I also complained of a truck being packed by my window and the smoke from the exhaust gets into my room every morning the owner moves the van off with my little baby with me ...
....voila they care less. In the days of Ms Adelle, she'd come around, check these complaints and work on them but these ones they have now just sit in the office, can't resolve complaints, dont have empathy and just come in to mark their office times and go home. I am extremely dissapointed and cannot wait to move out!
