Staff is extremely helpful and responsive to their tenants needs. Very quiet living and grounds are kept up nicely, even the designated pet areas. The apartment had open space and I love having the washer/dryer in the unit. A thanks to Kathy in the main office as she was helpful and quick on the information I needed. I needed an adult time out from my family and moved into the Butterfield Apartments for a year. The staff was excellent, and they speedily fixed anything that needed work.
The yards are beautiful and well maintained year around. Snow removal was a Blessing this past year. I always felt safe there, and if you get to know your neighbors, friendships arise. The workout room had everything you needed, the pool is inviting, and every month the CARES team has get togethers, where you can meet ...

I found myself in an odd position of needing to rent an apartment after 20 yrs of home ownership. After relocating to Flagstaff, I looked into many apartment complexes. Many had the same type of amenities as Butterfield. Some were better located for me than this one.
I chose Butterfield because the office staff, which I wish I could mention their names, is the MOST professional that I have ever dealt with. Thanks to the management staff for the last year of total contentment and kudos TO THE ...

This complex offers a warm, comfortable and safe environment to live. It is quiet and the tenants are friendly and respectable. The office staff, especially Kathy is always friendly and willing to help in any way. The grounds are kept with care and the pool is wonderful.
