Emily was Awesome!
March 14, 2021My Husband and I were passing by, and decided to make an appointment to see the Butterfield Oaks Apartments. Upon arrival, we were greeted in the most gracious way by Emily. She was kind, welcoming, honest and most importantly knowledgeable about the Apartments and parking. Emily showed us 3 apartments in which we loved them all. Butterfield Oaks property is well kept and manicured. Unfortunately, we couldn't move in at this time, but I will definitely keep Butterfield Oaks in mind for future ...needs, and will be Referring Emily to anyone I know that's in need of a lovely place to live. January 15, 2021My apartment was not cleaned prior to move-in. Animal hair, bugs and dirt everywhere, food and liquid all over the refrigerator. I’ve had a problem with every appliance since moving in. I have been without a working washer and dryer since August. And I made sure that I chose an apartment that had a washer and dryer and I paid for this amenity so not really sure why I have to threaten not paying rent for them to give me working appliances. And they decided to do it on the day that rent was due, ...and then gave me a late fee, Knowing I was not paying due to this reason. I’ve been paying for a working washer and dryer but having to take my clothes elsewhere. These apartments are costing me more money due to the lack of consistency with the staff. On day one of moving in my toilet overflowed overnight while I was sleeping. I had a leaking water in the kitchen. Heat not working properly. Sink and the garbage disposal would not drain and there was black dirt swirling around in the sink absolutely disgusting. As well as black rocks coming out of the bathtubs. I still have issues that they have not come out to fix. My refrigerator door had to be reinstalled because it was not installed properly and all the food I went shopping for and put into my new apartment went bad overnight and I had to throw all my new food away. I had to have maintenance come out and look at the windows because those were also not installed properly. I have lived at several apartments before and have never ever come across as many problems as I have in the first month of moving into this place. And management is awful. Oh and during a pandemic they’re not supposed to be charging late fees in the first place or charging for when they close down all the amenities that we pay extra for - like the pool and gym areas.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 31, 2017I have been here for over two years and love it...... The staff without question is swift in taking care of any problems, Seven days a week ! Bumps up against the bike trail for easy access for a great workout. 2 mins from the Outlet mall (back entrance is right down the street ) Pool is clean and never crowded. Maintenance staff is well trained,courteous and fast to respond. And when the snow hits our town, They are out there plowing and salting the walks for your safe travel. Great Place, Feels Like Home
March 8, 2016I have lived here now for two years. I really like how friendly and attentive the staff is. No issues or problems are to little or to big. Anything that needed to be fixed, was fixed immediately without issue. The gym and pool are very nice. The place is very quiet and safe. The location is great as well. Very close to I-88, not far from shopping, and the Batavia-Geneva-St. Charles area. August 31, 2015I currently live here and overall, this place is really nice. I've been here for a few years now and have lived in a couple of different styles that they offer. The office staff is very attentive and they take care of issues pretty quickly when they arise. The neighborhood is pretty safe; I have a teen daughter and I feel very comfortable when she's out with her friends at the park down the street, after dark. The walls are a little thin but that's if you happen to be in the same room, right next ...to the same wall as your neighbor. My utilities aren't outrageous and they have resident appreciation functions from time to time. Just the other day, I got free breakfast on my way to work, from the staff. Little things like that make a huge difference. You have 24 hour access to the business center and fitness center, as long as you have your pass (key). I would like to see more equipment in there but they did the best that they could with the space that they have. There is only one thing that bothers me about living here, almost nobody stops at the stop signs, it's like they aren't even posted. Very good place, fantastic management
August 5, 2015This place is great. I've been living here with my girlfriend now for almost a year and we still love it. The apartments are a good size, there's plenty of storage space, and all the appliances are in good shape (they're not brand new but are definitely not old). But the best thing about this place is the staff. Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. If you ever do have a problem the work to fix it right away. The property manager genuinely cares about the people that live here and ...actually takes the time to learn everyone's names. He's even tried to help find my girlfriend a job when she graduated. The grounds are kept up, the gym and the business center are small but kept in good shape and available 24/7 which is great. July 22, 2015Excellent, excellent, excellent! We have had a wonderful first year living in a 1 bedroom apartment. Our favorite part of living here is how peaceful it is. It is always quiet around, and every resident I have met is friendly. Maintenance is as fast as lightning. They have responded to every request timely and with our needs in mind. We love the extra features like in unit washer and dryers, large patio with huge private storage room, massive bathroom, and double sink. July 20, 2015Absolutely fantastic complex. Very quiet, private entrances give it a nice feel. Very safe area, parking spots are big, and there is always parking. The staff is super friendly and actually care about your life. Secluded but close to shopping. I would recommend this to anybody. Oh and maintenance is faster than lightning.
