Great Apartments!
June 18, 2025This place is incredible! The staff is responsive and the maintenance crew does great work! The building is always clean and in beautiful shape inside and out! Management is very responsive and maintenance crew is quick and does a great job. Great location with everything you need and a safe neighborhood. Clean, Quiet and Spacious
May 31, 2025I rent a 2 bedroom apartment here. The common areas are spotless, the few times I've made a minor maintenance request they have been at my door to fix the problem by the next day. May 29, 2025A resident for over 6 years I'm still glad to be living at Butterfield Towers apartments in Elmhurst, IL. On-site staff is warm and responsive. The apartment is comfortable with large rooms and a good sized patio for lots of sunny plants creating a great "hang spot". Pricing is reasonable as is the underground parking option. A nice feature especially in our crazy cold winters. Location is convenient to just about anywhere you want to go with snack, groceries, banking and fast food options ...within easy walking distance.
