The building is always clean and in beautiful shape inside and out! The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of room, it truly feels like a home. I would recommend this place to anybody. Management is very responsive and maintenance crew is quick and does a great job. Great location with everything you need and a safe neighborhood. The common areas are spotless, the few times I've made a minor maintenance request they have been at my door to fix the problem by the next day. My neighbors are friendly and the building is quiet. Pet friendly and a nice parking lot.

The apartment is comfortable with large rooms and a good sized patio for lots of sunny plants creating a great "hang spot". Pricing is reasonable as is the underground parking option. A nice feature especially in our crazy cold winters. Location is convenient to just about anywhere you want to go with snack, groceries, banking and fast food options ...within easy walking distance. And the Ace hardware across the street is a super helpful with friendly folks - as the ads say!Read More

Grounds are taken care of and the interior is clean! They even replace the light bulbs for you! In general, the whole apartment is beautiful and comfy. Nearby there are gas stations, supermarkets, banks, hospital and restaurants.All of these makes the dream apartment.
