The common areas are spotless, the few times I've made a minor maintenance request they have been at my door to fix the problem by the next day. My neighbors are friendly and the building is quiet. Pet friendly and a nice parking lot.

The apartment is comfortable with large rooms and a good sized patio for lots of sunny plants creating a great "hang spot". Pricing is reasonable as is the underground parking option. A nice feature especially in our crazy cold winters. Location is convenient to just about anywhere you want to go with snack, groceries, banking and fast food options ...within easy walking distance. And the Ace hardware across the street is a super helpful with friendly folks - as the ads say!Read More
