Great Experience
August 14, 2024My son recently rented an apartment on a short term lease for his summer internship in Cleveland. Living at Butternut Ridge was a wonderful experience for him! The office staff was Fantastic! Incredibly responsive and helpful with coordination of move-in and very helpful with sharing resources in the area since he was coming from out of state. The two times he had small maintenance issues, they had someone there almost immediately. The Apartment was very clean upon move-in and the complex is in a ...safe and convenient area. Would not hesitate to rent from Butternut Ridge again!!Property Manager Responded

Convenient and Fun!
June 26, 2024I chose Butternut because of its close proximity to the freeway and to downtown for my job. But the real perks have been the super fun resident events the staff put on! I’m coming up on my 2nd year here and I have seen flyers for events every single month. A few weeks ago the staff even cooked us all hamburgers and hot dogs on the grills by the pool! What a treat to come home and be catered to! I just love living somewhere that obviously cares about their renters!Property Manager Responded
