May 6, 2026I've been living here for over two years now, and I genuinely enjoy staying in this community. Rent has been increasing each year, but that seems to be the case almost everywhere. That said, it would be great if there were more consideration for long-term residents when it comes to rent increases. One of the biggest highlights for me is the maintenance team—they’re consistently quick to respond and do a great job resolving issues efficiently. The overall upkeep of the complex is also excellent; ...everything is clean and well-managed, which makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day living. While the gym could use a few more machines, the rest of the amenities are solid and well-maintained. Overall, it's been a positive living experience, and I’d recommend it to others looking for a clean and well-managed place to live.Property Manager Responded

The move-in process can definitely feel longer when there are multiple changes to units or leaseholders, and those adjustments require updates across several third-party systems. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over the processing times or requirements of those external programs, but we always do our best to move things along as quickly as possible. Regarding the stationary bikes, we actually have five available throughout the fitness center. Because the gym is separated into four different areas — the indoor and outdoor spaces on the first floor, plus the studio and spin room on the second floor — it’s easy to miss them if you haven’t explored each section. If you'd like, I’m happy to point out exactly where each bike is located. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
