October 5, 2025The apartment was cool but a lot of the amenities were broken. The TVs at the rooftop were not fully operable and were taken down. I was told they were not even going to be replaced. The shuffleboard didn’t have any sand so we were never able to even use it. For how new this place is, it felt run down. The gate to the pool has been broken for months and hasn’t been fixed. It’s crazy to be paying this much when nothing works.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2025My fiance and dogs love living here! We live close to everything we need - the best food spots, parks, grocery stores, etc. Even if it's not walking distance, this location is still within close driving distance. We also have made a few friends with the people who live here. It's also nice because of the amenities. Although sometimes it can be quite loud, we can just close the window and it's sound proof! The only con I would say about this place is that there are a lot of people who don't pick ...up after their dogs' poop!Property Manager Responded
