The move-in process can definitely feel longer when there are multiple changes to units or leaseholders, and those adjustments require updates across several third-party systems. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over the processing times or requirements of those external programs, but we always do our best to move things along as quickly as possible. Regarding the stationary bikes, we actually have five available throughout the fitness center. Because the gym is separated into four different areas — the indoor and outdoor spaces on the first floor, plus the studio and spin room on the second floor — it’s easy to miss them if you haven’t explored each section. If you'd like, I’m happy to point out exactly where each bike is located. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. The property is consistently clean and well maintained, and the landscaping is kept up nicely. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the staff communicates clearly about any updates or scheduled work. The management team is professional and approachable, which makes it easy to ask questions or address concerns. I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the respectful neighbors, which help ...make the community feel comfortable and safe. Parking is generally convenient, and common areas are regularly cleaned. The location is also a big plus, with nearby stores, restaurants, and easy access to main roads. While no place is perfect, the team here makes a genuine effort to keep residents satisfied.
