Creepy Maintence Workers
March 18, 2020This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, but sadly the system makes me give them one. If you like maintenance men going into your college daughters townhouse without notice, while they're sleeping, then be sure to rent from a place that is managed by them. They will do it several times within 6 months for you. My girls work multiple jobs while in college and do not sleep "normal" hours, grab sleep when they can. They have been in their current place 6 months and this morning 2 guys decided to ...let themselves in to check fire detectors I had literally just face timed one of my daughters 2 days ago while her boyfriend changed a battery in one of them, so the answer is "NO", it was not an emergency. Had the company called to ask about the detectors before sneaking in early this morning, they would have been informed as such. If you like leaving multiple messages to fix a bathtub that is leaking through the ceiling, or about mold growing on the baseboards- this is right up your alley! They could not care any less. If you like being hung up on when you call to complain about random workers letting themselves in without notice, enjoy! They are not a safe company to work with. Great Place to Live!
December 6, 2015I've lived at Carrington Court for several years now and have no intentions of moving! The apartments are spacious and the office staff and maintenance are very responsive to any requests. I love having a washer and dryer right in my apartment. Having an outside entrance is a huge plus - I no longer have to hear my neighbors coming and going or smell what they're having for supper. I see they are now pet friendly, so will be looking for a pet to complete my family. Couldn't be more ...satisfied!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Free Heat and Hot water
October 1, 2015Free Heat and Hot water, Well it`s not really free just included in the rent cause they have one boiler for four units. Thermostat does nothing to control heat and you need to open a window when things get too hot. The maintenance folks are pretty much useless nothing really gets fixed just "bodged up" to sort of work. On the plus side you do get a nice big Garage and my neighbors are nice folks.Review from Apartments.com
