Infested with roaches
December 25, 2023This apartment was infested with roaches and bugs. I moved in and moved out within a week. The cockroaches were coming out of cabinets and drawers, under the sink etc. neighbors in area also say they had been experiencing the infestation for some time.Property Manager Responded

Modern, Clean, and Quite
July 30, 2021Living here was enjoyable. The apartments are spacious and the floor plans are well organized. There's a lot of closet space. Ours had a walk in closet and the living room closet was pretty big as well. There's plenty unmarked parking for tenants and guest. There's always a spot open. Hardwood floors in the downstairs apartment's living room and kitchen. The upstairs apartments have carpet, but the vaulted ceilings make them feel spacious. There's a daycare, an elementary school, and a ...middle school across the street, so it's great if you have kids. The apartments are non-smoking. The managers and maintenance team are very helpful. They're good at explaining what's being done and why. The complex is very well maintained. There's always empty machines in the laundry facilities so you never have to wait. There's no loud neighbors and they are very friendly The rent and bills are easy to pay online and there's plenty of parking. There's a security guard walking around which makes the area feel safe.Property Manager Responded

Very poor management
December 14, 2020Very poor management. They don't respond to the queries. Don't go on galley pictures posted on the site. Actual apartments are very different and not maintained properly. You can see mildew, broken patio windows. Apartments are very costly, I guess only because of near by school's. Living with Mold and Cockroaches
October 23, 2017Warning. Live here at your own risk. This apartment complex is a nest of cockroaches. They would appear everywhere. They would come out of the faucets, under the sink, under the cabinets, in the light fixtures, and in bedrooms. It was very disgusting. There was mold in the bathroom and in the windows. The ventilation is horrible and outdated. The owner of this facility is raking a lot of money in profits while not investing in the comfort and cleanliness of this facility. Laundry services would ...steal my money every time. The office is very nice. Problem is that you can’t live in the office. The model apartment is also very nice. Overpriced units
September 1, 2017Been here for 7 years. Lease renewal increases the rent by $100 to $150 each cycle. For families with school going kids, the location is great. But the units are overpriced for what they offer. Lot of burglaries with the open community style.Review from Apartments.com
