A bit older building, nothing special to look at. Security locked building so there's an ultimate feeling of safety. Hasn't been redone in a while, BUT it's the cheapest place to reside in the downtown area. Close walking distance to all the necessities and fun places. If you don't need any frills and are concentrated on cost effective living, this could be called home.
