Excellent choice
June 2, 2021I rented an apartment at Cedargate for a few months and it was the perfect place for my son and I! I had looked around at other apartments but was not pleased with how “cold” they all felt. No greenery, yard space, or homey feels to most of them. Cedargate was the only place I found that felt like home and had lots of trees, greenery, and yard space for my 6 year old to play outside. The community was quiet and our neighbors kept to themselves. The apartment I rented was a one bed, one bath ...apartment. Comfortable size and well kept. If anything needed fixed it was attended to quickly. Management was kind, friendly, and easy to get along with. Peace and Quiet!
April 23, 2021My daughter lived here a few years ago and I just loved visiting her here. I've lived here now for 3 months and I've got to say, this is the epitome of peace and quiet. All apartments are ground floor. Clean and spacious, and the rent is very reasonable. Aimee, the apartment manager is courteous and very helpful. Located close to just about all the places I go to regularly. I have all my flowerpots on my nice size, fenced in patio, so I can still keep up my gardening hobby. A place to call Home!
June 28, 2016Cedargate Apartments have been great! Management is great to work with and very helpful when I have questions. Maintenance is great and extremely fast! When I moved in, the apartment was spotless; everything was clean! These apartments are very quiet, spacious, and there is always parking available! I love that these apartments are so close to everything! The prices are definitely affordable and worth it. I would recommend these apartments to everybody if I could!! Horrible
June 25, 2016This apartment complex is a stress to live in and move out of. They took most of my deposit for small things that go unwarranted. They charged $15 for missing shower head - which I upgraded because the office manager told me that it was ok (the old one didn't work). $25 to repair drywall damage - they told me that I could hang anything in my apartment. Outside of this, there was no damage to walls - simply holes from handing pictures. $20 for dirty bathtub - I do not take a bath in a dirty ...bathtub (it wasn't dirty). $40 for dirty refrigerator - it only needed to be wiped. $30 for dirty oven - it was dirty when I moved in. $40 for dirty kitchen cabinets - they were not dirty! They will watch everything you do at this apartment complex as if they are a "refined" manor. You cannot work on your vehicle - you must take it out to the street. So, if you are like the general population and have car trouble, your out of luck- pack everything to work in the street (fun fun)! I have now moved into a nice apartment townhouse (actually updated and not built in the 80s) - have never had a problem living here nor anywhere that I've lived prior to CedarGate apartments. Highly suggest not signing a lease to live in these conditions - they have huge turnover rate for the simple reasons listed above!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
