Poor management and does not listen to residents. Claims pool on website but pool was open for 2 days and closes for “maintenance”. Barges into apartments without warning. Just there to make an extra buck on random fees

It's an alright place to live. One of the better places in town for the price it is. Only rated 3 and not higher due to the difficulty of actually getting work orders dealt with in a timely manner.

With new management it is somewhat improved but there is still a lack of amenities that are supposed to be offered. South does not have a tanning bed, the pool was somewhat clear for move-in and is now a frog pond, trash is over flowing, maintenance orders have yet to be filled for 2 months, and the grass has not been cut in over 2 months. There are lots of little things that will as much money as they make off owning such a large rental facility it is more then feasible to have it paid for. I ...
watch the owner of the neighboring building push mow their facilities every week I guarantee some college student is looking for a job and would be more then willing. The staff itself is a plus most of the desk people are extremely helpful and kind management on the other had can be rude and act like they can’t help you at all.

It’s a very nice apartment. I’m on the fourth floor so it was kinda hard to move in. Also it’s hard to find a parking spot. My roommates are very nice! Also, the staff helped me with finding the bus schedule if I wanted to take busses to classes which is very convenient.

It is a good place to live and i find this is one of the best place in murray and It offers a chance to live in a comfortable, home-like environment while enjoying the amenities and social atmosphere of a communal setting. Typically, we have access to furnished rooms and shared spaces like kitchens, dining areas, and sometimes living rooms. This arrangement often includes essential services making it a hassle-free living option.

I've had the pleasure of living at CEV South Murray for the past summer, and I can confidently say it's one of the best places I've ever stayed. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, great restaurants, and Murray State University. The building is well-maintained, and the management team is incredibly responsive and friendly.
My apartment itself is spacious, with modern appliances and a great layout that makes it feel like home. The community ...
