Bad Management
June 26, 2023If I could give it zero stars I would as 1 is too high for the people that manage this complex. I have lived in this complex since its opening day, going on almost 12 years. I was the first one to move in here. While the apartments are very nice as in the buildings itself, this complex since its beginning has had horrible management. They have changed the team that runs the complex several times in 12 years and it gets worst every time. They do not respond to maintenance request, they do not ...respond to emails, they do no answer their phones, they are never in the office. THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Only time you will find them is around rent day and even then, they make it hard to get a hold of them. It is so badly run it is ridiculous and just a headache to live here, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.Property Manager Responded

Rude staff
January 29, 2020So I called the leasing office to inquire about the apartment. The girl on the phone was super rude and hung up the phone before I could say or ask any questions .I believe her behavior was very unprofessional and unwelcoming.Review from Apartments.com

August 13, 2015Big, Unique, complex city inside itself. The apartments are newer and bigger yet still a reasonable price that families can still live there. They can actually live in a manageable mansion without living on the streets to do it. Compared to some of the places i have lived i feel like it is a huge step up in life.
