The worst building I ever rented. I rented 2 spaces an office and apartment. The office floor internet never works and the printers are always out of service. The build is dirty and only gets vacuumed on the floors once a month. The elevators are always not working. The walls on all the floors are scratched up and holes that are never patched up. The front door entrance doors don’t work and don’t lock sometimes which allow anyone into the building and is completely unsafe. The finishes are very ...

cheap, from the paint, floors, to the appliances. Even my ac stop working during a heatwave and the maintenance people didn’t know how to help. Also to top it off they test alarms in the building starting at 7am for hours. They have no consideration for the tenants or give any kind of notice for doing this. This company really is poorly ran and they don’t care about their tenants. I would not recommend this building

There is a lot of construction going on around the building and it is very noisy!! Once the tenant moves in, their staff completely ignores this situation, which is very difficult to communicate!! Bad attitude!! Moreover, they are so disrespectful to their tenants!! Their internal sales people even boo you! This is too disappointing and disgusting!!

We were stuck between a rock and a hard place and we met with CMPND. They helped us to get approved, coordinated everything (via text messages... SO CONVENIENT), and moved us in within a week. The building is really beautiful and the amenities are included at no charge which is a big plus. Every floor they showed us it just kept getting better and better. We've been here for about two months now & no issues yet. We love it!
