Outdated and Poor Management

A new company just bought out this place I have been living in for 10 years. As soon as the new company took over, they increased rent 20% and have not updated a single thing. Also, maintenance times have went from coming in a couple days, to maybe a couple weeks if you are lucky. It used to be okay living here, but now I could never recommend it

Thank you for your feedback and for being a resident for the past 10 years. We understand your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points. Since the ownership transition, we've invested in several community improvements, including a larger fitness center with new equipment, a resident lounge, gift-wrapping station, fire pit, grilling area, and ongoing landscaping enhancements. We're also making some upgrades to our vacant apartment homes, and current residents have the option to transfer to an upgraded unit. Our goal is to respond to maintenance requests within 24–48 hours, with emergencies addressed immediately. If you've experienced something different, we'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss it with you directly.
