Poor management, maintenance, all around poor experience. The cleanliness of the community is poor! Valet trash isn’t taken properly. Literal garbage bags out on display by the trees in the community it’s embarrassing and disgusting. Stray animals all throughout complex (cats, snakes, raccoons, etc.) The walk ways look as though they haven’t been cleaned since the apartments were built. It’s horrific! attitudes when you ask them to accommodate for your needs which is on them for faulty appliances installed. No one is ever available in the office and when they are they act as if they don’t know anything about anything. People have a/c units hanging out of there windows because they’re ac is out and have been for quite some time. If I had to give an honest rate -6/10. So if your thinking about moving here think again! Don’t do it!
