January 29, 2022I've lived here for over 15 years. At some point, I found out that it wasn't smoke free (despite how it's presented in some listings). Second hand smoke toxins in my apartment have driven me away from the building very quickly thanks to management's seemingly callous attitude towards this issue.Review from Apartments.com
Amazing place to live....
June 26, 2018We have lived at Columbia Court for 18 years. We have never been unhappy...Everyday we come home we are so grateful to come to our home. It is like living in a very beautiful Hotel! What is even better is the management is exceptional! Our rental and service manager Shanett is extraordinary! She is there and always pleasant. Willing to make everyday happy! Shanett also is fantastic at communicating what is going on in the complex. Columbia court is small and is always keeping up with our ...appearance, neat, clean and well groomed from the flowers and trees in our courtyard to our beautiful halls and fitness room. We love Leo! He has put the customer into SERVICE! He does more than maintenance...by that I mean that he is pleasant and gets to what needs attention quickly. He is part of the Columbia Court family! He works relentlessly but always has a moment for a friendly hello! THANK YOU COLUMBIA COURT! We are so happy to call this home! I could never make this up..We truly love it here!
