Nice apartments
July 27, 2015I moved in 2014 to the Spokane area from New Mexico. I came up here with no place to stay with my boyfriend and my mom. We spent 7 days in a hotel while trying to find a place to live. When we came to Copper Landing apartments the staff was very nice and understood we needed to get in quickly because we had traveled so far. It took a few days but we got our apartment. They were incredibly helpful. This a pet friendly complex which I love. I love animals and I love seeing everyone play in the ...grass with their dogs. It's a wonderful community people are friendly here and despite being near the airport you really don't notice much airplane noise. We have good size rooms and a really nice kitchen with black appliances. We enjoy it here and we just signed on for another year here. Yay:)Property Manager Responded

1 year old complex!
July 27, 2015Hello my name is eddie and I currently live in a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment with my girlfriend of 4 years. We have 2 cats and we all seem to like the place a lot! It was built in 2014 and we are the first renters of our apartment. So I'll tell you a little more about the apartment itself. When you walk through the front door we have a decent sized living area and dining area with a nice sized bar separating the kitchen and dining area. It would be much better with some bar stools.. LOL! We have ...laminate flooring that matches great with the cabinetry and black appliances. Also we have a washer and dryer included with the apartment! The bedrooms have carpet flooring which is nice in the winters. It is electric everything we have no gas but it is no problem. We like this apartment and have had no issues so we have decided to extend our lease for another 12 months! I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay to check out copper landing our apartment complex.Property Manager Responded
