May 19, 2025Living at Core Apartments has been a mixed experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to campus and nearby shops. The apartment layout is modern and spacious, and the included amenities like the gym and study lounge were useful. However, maintenance response times were sometimes slow, and noise from neighbors could be an issue. Management was polite but not always proactive. September 18, 2024Everything is great except for the door constantly being open in the mail room leading to the garage. It makes it smell in the mail room.
