    I’m only just going to put a few things in here because I have so many things about why not to live here it would take up too much time. It started when they told us they had to push back the date we can move in even though it was set and I was pregnant they claimed they wanted to make sure it was clean and ready for us to move in so we gave them an extra week when we got there it was disgusting it looked like it had been abandoned for years there was bugs cobwebs dirt all over the walls carpet ...
    is gross and trash inside the vents were gross dishwasher and fridge we’re both broke washing machine leaked. I had a scare that someone was trying to break in. Found a flashlight one night by our back porch door and a open bag of random things found out it was someone stole that bag maybe trying to break in our spot. Our biggest concern was that we had wasps inside of our home almost every day for six months. Mind you I had a newborn the whole time. Management does not care it took way to long to get that taken care of and things were always just patched. The good reviews on here are most likely they give Starbucks gift cards for writing a good review. Way overpriced and you have to pay 100$ for there internet which never works. Just don’t live here.

  • Very Enjoyable Place to Live

    I have lived here over 6 years and will until I move to Florida late this year. Danielle, the manager, has been excellent and always sees that any corrective action on a problem is completed in a timely manner and does not fall through the cracks so to speak. If something is going to take a few days she has followed up me know when I can expect it to be fixed. The response to repair needs has been prompt and has fixed the problems.   • Great place to rent!

    I have lived here for several years and thoroughly enjoyed my time at Coventry court west apartments. Very safe and quiet community. All the neighbors have been respectful. Maintenance and the office staff are quick to respond and friendly. I would recommend Coventry court west apartments if you are wanting a safe and clean environment. You will love it!!

    Pay luxury prices for low quality. No assistance office is hit or miss if open. Pool was gross, emergency maintenance never wants to show not even in Monday. Had used with toilet and plumbing said they would right ticket and come on Monday. Never did. Had to higher a handy man. Rodent issues. When locked out you have to call a lock Smith! They won't come let you in your apartment!!

    From the application process all the way through my last week in the apartment, I felt more than welcome in this neighborhood. If you're a first time renter this is the place to go. The wonderful people in the office helped me to make sure that everything I needed to secure the apartment was taken care of and they even loved my dog and made her feel welcome too. The size of the apartments are nice, spacious enough to not feel cramped but not so big that they're difficult for one person to manage. ...
    Maintenance were always super helpful and respectful of my belongings the seldom times I needed them. The facility is well maintained and is in a great location that is close to great schools and suburbs and very short drive to shopping and down town. I moved in when many things were still closed and had limited operations, but the Coventry Court West team went out out of their way to safely make sure I felt like this was a place to call home. The only reason I am leaving at all is because I am moving on to a new chapter of life in a new house. I will always be grateful to have called Coventry Court West my first home.

  • Excellent place to live

    Everything in the apartment works ok since first day, appliances,ac/heating, water, all power outlets, wifi , everything! Same goes for administrative personnel @ the office, you need something? Just ask, quickly and in a very friendly manner requests get solved. I moved from out of state to Indiana 8 months ago and I already feel @ home. Thanks much!

  • Best apartments for rent

    The apartment is completely functional, exactly what I need and everything, appliances, a/c heating unit, water power sources all work with zero inconveniences incl. wifi and cable tv. All help I have ever needed from the administration, has been resolved immediately and very friendly manner. I moved to FtWayne 8 months ago and here I already feel @ home. Thanks much!

    I lived at this property for 3 years with my kids. Staff was always super friendly. Maintenance requests were handled in timely manner. Property was maintained and kept up with which made it easy to call home. Kids loved the pool area. Regular carpet cleaning in the entry ways! Lawn service was also kept up with. The complex is a safe, convenient, clean, and quiet place to live that is very affordable, especially in comparison to other complexes that also have in-unit washer and dryer and pool amenities.     The apartment is true to the pictures and 3D tour! We love our new home. We saw it online and have wanted it for a while and we got lucky enough to get in so quick! The office ladies are the sweetest girls i’ve ever met and they take care of any and every problem we have! Never had a problem with maintenance or anything. They’ve always been polite and timely!     1st gave away unit I applied for then Promised remodeled unit & New everything for upgrade fee. Wasn't true! It was dirty. Maintenance never did a proper job on what was replaced. Items not up to code. You pay water, sewage, trash and they never show up to do repairs. Get excuses. Property trash laying around, for weeks including alcohol bottles and cans. Dog pop.
