This community has the potential to be so much better than what is.. I am truly disappointed with Creekside Vista & Dayrise Residential! My home was left unlocked today by maintenance during the routine fire inspection. The place where I sleep! Where I have my personal belongings… my place of peace. It has been anything but peaceful. My neighbors constantly fight and play loud music daily… oh let’s not forget the shootings the occurred below me while I was sleep. The $50 valet trash fee, only to ...
be charged an additional $50 for the dumpsters … We have constant car break-ins…. Management doesn’t seem to care one bit! I was forced to buy an expensive alarm and camera system and I still don’t feel safe. I’ve called the regional manager several times with no response… I feel my door was left open on purpose honestly. This company has a fiduciary duty to to keep the residents homes safe. They’ve gone inside my unit multiple times unannounced with claims that they didn’t when I have a alarm so I know for a fact they did. My apartment is beautiful but the constant lack of management and professionalism overshadows that. I do not feel safe or valued as a resident.
I will not be renewing my lease…
