I’ve been at Cabana Bullard since the opening and was 1 of the very first people to move on opening day bright and early in the morning. The 3 years I have been there have been awesome. I started in a studio and moved to a 1 bdrm. I recently moved because my twin boy and girl have gotten to big and need there own rooms and unfortunately Cabana doesn’t offer 3 bdrm or I would still be there.
Cat has been the most amazing manager to ever ask for. She has always been there when you needed ...
something and was always there to listen. If something went wrong she is very quick to step in and fix it or handle it.
Torres gotta give him a shout out he’s an awesome maintenance man very knowledgeable and gets the job done fast no job is ever too much for him.
Gonna miss having such an awesome manager and maintenance technician but unfortunately it was my time to leave do to how life goes. Thank you Cabana for treating me like family during my time there and being a first time solo renter on my own in a complete different state. I strongly suggest this place and still tell people about this place today. Prices are very very reasonable for Goodyear. My current place is dang expensive for sure. Take care guys and thanks again for the hospitality and letting me apart of your great community!

Came by here recently to visit and take a tour. Didn’t think much of it at first, but once I met Cathleen, she made my time worth it! She took care of me, gave a thorough tour of the property and amenities, and never made me feel rushed. She was also very knowledgeable of the area, which helped me feel more confident in this place. Don't rent an apartment here. While the complex is nice, they are not resident friendly, the property management team is arrogant, unfriendly, lacks empathy, and is empowered to do nothing. Customer service isn't in their DNA apparently and with the strictest lease agreement I've ever seen, which I don't actually mind, it's the prehistoric practices they invoke for small infractions that should scare anybody away from doing business with this property or any related property.

I have lived here for 5 months. I can say that this is the cheapest built complex I have ever lived in. My AC has broken down several times. The pipes in the walls we incorrectly installed and flooded my whole bathroom on the first day I moved in. And my kitchen drawer has broken off and broke my toe. The apartments solution to this issue was a gift card to a restaurant near by. The office ladies are wonderful but the corporate team behind them do not care and found the cheapest way to put these ...

An affordable new apartment for me

These new apartments are basic and a bit smaller but still very nice.Full size appliances,including washer and dryer.There are a lot of positives about this place.Closer to work for me,in a nice area with plenty of stores.Office staff fantastic.
