Love love loooove these apartments!! Compared to the past apartment I leased at, this place is great! It’s an oasis in this desert, which is a delight. Lots of green grass and trees. It’s quiet & clean. It’s also in a very good location, you’re smack dab in the middle of many stores. It‘s hard to find an apartment at this price in this location as well. This gated community is unique because it has a great park-like environment with a lot of trees, grass and pathways to stroll, read, walk your dog or just relax. large apt. the grounds are always clean and very well maintained, the pools always clean and have a lot of setting. the waterfall at pool put a touch of class, the gym and sauna always clean. they have the best maintenance team, the location is great, fast access to I 215 .close to the strip for a night on the town and far enough that you are not bothered by the strip. great school in the area.
