I’ve been living at Cactus Canyon Apartments for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. From the moment I stepped into the community, I was struck by how well-maintained everything is.
The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you need for comfortable living. The layout is thoughtfully designed, allowing for plenty of natural light and a good flow between rooms. I love the high ceilings and the large windows.

Cactus Canyon are top-notch. The pool area is like a resort, with plenty of lounge chairs and shaded areas to relax.
One of the best things about living here is the management team. They are incredibly responsive and always go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which is something I really appreciate.
The location is also perfect – close to Biltmore fashion square. I never have trouble finding parking, and it feels very safe.
Overall, Cactus Canyon Apartments is a fantastic place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well-maintained community. It’s truly a hidden gem!

Roaches, rats, and homeless people in the gates. Not to mention, good luck getting ahold of anyone in management and if you do get ahold of someone, they'll lose your paperwork. They look nicer than they are.

I have lived in Cactus Canyon Apartments for the last two years and absolutely loved it! I love the location, the upgrades in my apartment, and how quiet it is here. The walls actually have solid concrete in them so I barely ever hear my neighbors. I could see myself even renewing next year as well! I'm very glad I found this place — it is a rare gem in the Phoenix area!

I don’t live here but had an appointment on Saturday with Marie. She mentioned new management just took over. I called 1 week in advance to schedule a tour and she asked me to call her day prior to confirm a time. At HER convenience, I called day prior and we set an appointment time (after calling 3 times throughout the day). I arrived, and no where could I find her. Even went in the gated complex, (which was not locked) and no one was in the leasing office. Could not reach anyone via phone. ...
Absolutely rude and unprofessional to make someone hunt you down to schedule an appointment and you don’t show. Can’t imagine dealing with new management like this if I lived here. Also, the outside of the complex looks nothing like the photos. It is dark, sketchy area, tight parking. I am new to the area & would not recommend. It seems unsafe. I also noticed wear & tear of building and even broken door knobs of tenants’ units.
