December 23, 2022The good thing about this place is the inside of the apartments are fairly nice, although small. However, it isn’t cheap to live here and everything has gone downhill since we’ve moved in. The online portal was just taken away which makes it harder to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. We now have to go into the office to do any of that. The pool wasn’t open for the entire summer which was a huge bummer for the kids. The pool was one of the major reasons we chose to live here. The lack of professionalism in the office through my lease initiation to my month to month billing continually having errors is exhausting and leaves me being leary of trusting any statement coming from the office of being correct.Property Manager Responded

Unprofessional, vile, terrible management.
September 6, 2022general property managers son threatened to fight me on the phone. The on site manager is also VERY unprofessional, and rude. The whole team uses profanity. Another manager told me I'd have to sue them to get my deposit back, so I am. avoid at all costs.Property Manager Responded

Royal Gardens Apartments
September 26, 2015These apartments are fantastic. Located off of an important street next to a fire station and police station means they are near a lot of necessities and also safe. Not to mention they are quiet. Every unit being on the same level means no more walking upstairs or annoying loud neighbors above you, and they allow your pet children to live with you too. They are spacious, have central air, and back patios that rival backyards. They also have a pool, onsite laundry, and a greenway. Serene, quiet, ...and comfortable. Great Wannabe
August 10, 2015Love: Single story, fenced patio, pool and lots of grass to play Not-so-love: Goes through apartment managers/maintenance like crazy, apartments are old and they get a bonus if they keep the budget low. So don't expect anything to be fixed right. They will just make it look fixed, so that is a little irritating. Bills will be high, don't let the size fool you. For a small two bed one bath it is not energy efficient!!! The manager now seems good and there is a rumor of upgrades next year. We'll ...see. I think for apartment living there will always be something irritating (watering 24/7 in 102 degree weather!) but there are pros and cons about all apartments! Pets are welcome and people pick up after them or they are sure to get fines, which is nice not to worry about stepping in anything!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
