Poor management/Noisy Community
February 21, 2025I moved here seven months ago, and the management was okay at the time. However, there are cats freely living in the building. I spoke with management, and they said they would take care of it, but it seems like the staff is actually feeding them, and now they’re all around the pool area. Management suddenly changed without notice, and I’m having issues with my upstairs neighbors being noisy all the time. Police was called for them couple of weeks ago because they fight all the time. October 9, 2024spacious and updated units with awesome views in select apartments. right next to BART station so very convenient for those who rely on public transportation. Management and Maintenace team consist of really awesome & kind people! September 26, 2024My residential experience has not been the most pleasant. The swimming pool feels extremely small and seems more suitable for kids than for adults. The carpets in the hallways are filthy, particularly the rugs near the elevators, which are often broken. When taking the stairs, there's a strong odor of urine, making the experience even worse. The exit to Cadence Park also smells terrible due to residents allowing their pets to relieve themselves in areas not designated for that purpose.Property Manager Responded

July 18, 2024The staff is nice. But the elevators being broken constantly is wild to me. Also, expect a urine smell near and around the pool. When you need something fixed in tour unit, they respond quickly. That I appreciate.Property Manager Responded
