    Very quick on work orders, cleanly manicured grounds and kept with landscaping. Open to suggestions and staff is professional. Technology smart so you are not having to call to address things such as lease, work orders or additional requests.

    I have lived at Cadence creek for about three months and I absolutely love it. The staff is amazing. The maintenance team is on point and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The fellow residence are all so very welcoming and nice. I love it here!

    Several residents questioning whether if you live at the property. They want proof if I live there or if I’m there with someone. This is creating a hostile living environment with the certain residents. They are demanding and insisting I verify my residence with them. They are policing and targeting residents if they live at the property.
