I absolutely love the floor plan of my studio apartment, it's not your standard open studio it has a much more homey feeling to it. The Cadence staff is a pleasure to work with, my move was hassle free. The convenience of my everyday needs (shopping, food, public transportation, etc) is such delight to have within a 5 to 10 min walk. March 15, 2022I have enjoyed living here. Cadence is a great location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is great to be walking distance from so many places. The units are laid out nicely. Parking isn’t too bad if you don’t have a garage spot. For the most part it is pretty quiet unless people have really loud music playing with bass. Love the apartment itself (amenities), but not a very secure building. Too many fire alarms.
February 16, 2022I'll start off with the things I enjoy the most about Cadence. I appreciate how quickly leasing agents/building managers respond to messages (even after you've signed the lease, some apartments stop caring once you sign a lease) I thoroughly enjoy my interactions with maintenance/cleaning staff. I love all of the amenities (especially the medicine cabinet with LED lighting, honestly impossible to find a medicine cabinet in a newer building lol) The thing that concern me the most is the level of ...security of this building. There is no security. Literally have people that have been able to sneak there way into the building (whether its tenants unknowingly letting people in or whatever) and I literally bumped into someone in the middle of them robbing another unit on my floor (didn't know at the time but they gave me creepy feelings) and people have had their bike stolen, packages stolen. The call box is currently broken (not the first time) and the key fobs aren't working. Not sure how this is gonna work out the next few days. And the frequency of very loud fire alarms going off (4 times now since being here for just under a year). I understand some things are out of managements control but with the cost of rent you can't tell me that there's no budget to hire security or make this building more secure. I was on the fence about renewing my lease and each day that passes it is more clear what I need to do.Property Manager Responded
