Building management has generally declined under the new company.
December 12, 2025Building management has declined after the new management company took over in 2025. Multiple requests for maintenance of common areas, including parking garages have been ignored. Leasing has gone from just mildly annoying to absolutely horrible and unhelpful. I understand why there is such resident turnover and so many empty units. Highly Recommend Living Here!
November 12, 2025I've been a resident at Cadence for quite a while now and I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it is. It's truly one of the best apartment communities. Everyone is so nice and welcoming - both residents and the staff - and it's very dog-friendly! The events they have every month are amazing and so much fun to go to. Also, the maintenance team is always so quick to respond to any service requests you submit and are highly efficient! The other day I put a work order in late at night and as soon ...as they saw it the next morning they came first thing and fixed the issue I was having right away! The building is located across the street from Union Station and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a few blocks from Commons and Confluence parks. With friendly leasing staff, very skilled and quick maintenance technicians, this building has amazing amenities too. You should consider scheduling a tour if searching apartments in LoDo.
