I do not believe the owners realize how they have not given the office in Cadence monies to do the following: Fix the fire pit Clean the chairs by the pool We need at least 3 umbrellas by the pool Clean the rug in the clubhouse(it is really dirty) Also do not tell your staff to lie to people that come look that we are getting a coffee machine I really see a down ward trend for keeping up with ...things. I do not blame the staff. Your budget for the development is the cause. People are noticing. I wish maybe some things can be fix. Communication is not great here, they expect us to follow their rules but don’t adhere to any of their own standards such as trash rules, etc. There used to be events here but they are far and few compared to how they used to be. There is a large trash pile up near the trash compactor that sits and marinates. The sign has been broken for weeks, and the landscaping could use serious work. I don’t know what ...has gone down till in the past few years but something has to change. The floors are paper thin and you can hear every single foot print.
