I've been living here at Myrtle Landing Townhomes for almost 8 months now, and I absolutely love it. I relocated to Wilmington after taking a new job, and I'm so glad I found this place. Moving in the middle of a pandemic was something I was not looking forward to. The team here made the transition so smooth and painless, and I can't begin to say how thankful I am for that. ...situations like the pandemic and a hurricane with respect and compassion for their residents. They have been holding virtual resident events and doing everything they can to keep their residents happy and safe during these unprecedented times. The location is perfect - tucked away in a beautiful, quiet, and safe area, while also being just minutes away from everything that Wilmington/Carolina Beach has to offer. The amenities are top-notch, and the grounds are well-maintained and pleasing to the eye, which has made quarantining during COVID-19 a little more bearable. I personally haven't had any issues that would require assistance from the maintenance team, but they are always nearby if you ever need them, ready to hear your concerns and lend a helping hand whenever needed. Truly a "community" in every sense of the word. All-around great place to live!
