May 6, 2025We love our place and the neighborhood!! Everyone is so friendly! We are loving all of the landscaping improvements and we can’t wait to use the pool!! I think the best part of living here is the convenience to so many shops and restaurants as well as the two new grocery stores! Yes, traffic is traffic no matter where you live now but I love how we are still tucked away into our own little corner! It is so quiet and peaceful living here!!Property Manager Responded

March 14, 2025Really love the peaceful environment and homeliness of this community! There are events often to bring together residents and it feels friendly throughout! However, the change of branding with no prior notice was shocking. There are also rose bushes in a dog friendly neighborhood that leaves thorn ridden branches, which my dog had to go to the emergency vet due to. There is also the aspect of maintenance requests sitting incomplete for a long period of time. Overall a good place to be but has its ...faults.Property Manager Responded

February 26, 2025I had alot of stuff broke in the first month, and the yappy dog all hours of the night , and loud people at 1am during the week is a little annoying. Otherwise it's a nice place, I like the events and food trucks.Property Manager Responded
