I really like this community. It’s well kept and peaceful. The maintenance crew is top tier! They take care of the residents and try to get to everyone as quickly as they can! My neighbors are friendly and I feel very safe in this neighborhood.

My experience so far has been great! I’m really enjoying the environment and the neighborhood is so cozy and friendly. The pool is nice, the people have been nice! Also only a 6 minute drive from most things!

It’s a lovely community that is well-organized, clean, and friendly. We are lucky and grateful to be able to live here. The amenities (gym, pool, maintenance) are fantastic and the community events helps with keeping us feel connected to our fellow neighbors and adds to the friendly atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice and calm place to live in Summerville!

We love our place and the neighborhood!! Everyone is so friendly! We are loving all of the landscaping improvements and we can’t wait to use the pool!! I think the best part of living here is the convenience to so many shops and restaurants as well as the two new grocery stores! Yes, traffic is traffic no matter where you live now but I love how we are still tucked away into our own little corner! It is so quiet and peaceful living here!!
