This is a very run-down, poorly maintained community. Management will throw some smiles around to get you to sign a lease and once you've signed it's a wolf pak that will completely give you attitude and unprofessionalism to the core. Every maintenance request that you need, they will find a reason to say why they can't do it - whether it's an old appliance, cost or just leave it 'in progress' due to waiting on an outside vendor for months.
'How bad can it be' I said, but hey, if I can survive 3 ...
