I’ve been living here for 2 years and I love it. New floors, cabinets and appliances. The building is quiet and smoke free. Maintenance issues are dealt with quickly. The super Mr Henry is great. The block and neighborhood is very quiet.

Perfect place!

I lived here for a year and loved it! Staff is friendly and maintenance requests/issues were always handled in a timely manner. Apartments are large and modern and appliances are brand new. You can hear the train, but they don't run that often and you're a 5 minute walk to a train that goes to Seacucaus and Hoboken (easy access to NYC) so it's worth it. Smoking is allowed so the hallways smell sometimes, but the staff puts air fresheners up which help! It's the perfect apartment for an easy ...
commute into NYC and a great value for the price! I would highly recommend.
