I’ve had a really positive experience at Cahuenga NoHo. The location is great and super convenient, especially being close to the NoHo Arts District, everything you need nearby. The property is well maintained, and whenever I’ve had a question or maintenance issue, management has been responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in North Hollywood.

Worst mistakes moving into this place. There is so much wrong with it starting with the management company that does not care about the residents. Remodeled apartment- Mickey mouse job. Every single cabinet and door has nails sticking out. They make you pay for water and trash and the bill is not based on personal usage, it’s based on how much the entire complex uses. Thank God my lease expires in 2 months.
