This place is clean, quiet, easy application process, luxury looking, strategic location, close to Disneyland, close to 91, 5, & 57 freeways. Thanks to Manager Jesus, he is very hardworking, kind and attends to resident's needs quickly. I highly recommend.

Was okay at first but after some time, kept hearing noise leak from outside traffic through walls, as well as from neighbors who would loudly play music often. Landlord Jesus was alright with help but towards the end of my stay, I was hit by a large unexpected charge to my initial security deposit due to some bumps to the flooring caused by a chair I was using (I was told at the last minute that I should've gotten preventive covering). Wouldn't recommend.

This is a very peace small community apartment. Neat and close to 91,5,22 and most freeways. The managers lives here. They attend to needs so promptly. The inbuilt washer and dryer make it even more comfortable. The carpet, door and all materials are of high quality. I just love this place. Thanks Mr. Jesus for always responding to our needs so quickly.

I lived this place for three years. This place is quiet and very convenient to live. Manager Jesus lives in the apartment and takes care the community. Whenever I try to contact him, he always respond back right away. He does his job greatly. Thank you Jesus.

I have been living here since December 2017 and seen the improvements in the property. The new Manager, Jesus, took over a little over a year ago and has been very responsive to keeping the property spiffy. I was planning to move prior to this management change. Now, the apartment itself is perfect for the luxuries it offers (high ceilings, central A/C, washer and dryer, spacious living room, and complete bathrooms). I would recommend living here if you are in search of your new home!
