Outdated for the cost The second bedroom smelled of cat pee the second we moved in. We brought in a black light and the walls glowed from cat spray. Our apartment was totally outdated and the master shower was plastic and so old the bottom was black. It felt dirty all the time. The only nice part was the pool and maintenance was very prompt!

2348 Burgundy Terrace North I’m very satisfied with the request and maintenance follow up although unfortunately I still have some needed fixing but maintenance is superior superior superior on my list and I do appreciate them and feel very confident. Peaceful My side of the apartment isn't facing the street, so you might be wondering if it's noisy or quiet. In general, my side is quite peaceful and tranquil. A peaceful setting with minimal noise. Sometimes you have people talking outside, late at night,but nothing to the extreme as of now.
