Noisy!
January 22, 2025This is the noisiest apartment I’ve ever lived in. Despite claims of improved sound insulation during renovations, you can hear every step from upstairs neighbors, along with constant creaking from the upstairs flooring. Replacing carpet with LVP flooring upstairs only amplifies the noise, causing it to echo and reverberate throughout the unit. While the complex looks nice and is in a great location, it’s vastly overpriced for what you actually get. The “luxury” renovations were clearly done on ...a budget. For instance, the LVP flooring was installed poorly, with visible gaps between the baseboards and the flooring. Additionally, outlet fixtures behind appliances are not the correct size, further highlighting the shoddy workmanship. On the bright side, the office staff is friendly, maintenance is responsive, and there’s ample parking.Property Manager Responded
