Place is old, used to be ok for the price. New Managment company does not maintain building, they have the rudest office staff if you have to call for anything.

There are ups and downs to every place but this is my first apartment and I love it! My super Juan is incredible always there for your every need! It feels like I live in a dorm I love all of the other tenants .. Though I wish jersey wasn't as expensive as it is you can't beat the price of 1330 one bedroom balcony and everything included in Caldwell. Close to bars, restaurants and a lot of stores plus I'm right up the street from work!!! Only downside is the elevator breaks every once in a while ...
but I'm on the forth floor so I don't have too many stairs to climb when it does !

This is a great place to live for convenience. You do not have to worry about utilities as they are all included. A short walk or drive if you prefer to restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. The common area could be taken better care of but not much to it. Other than that its hard to beat the price and convenience.
