Great Maintenance Team

We have been tenants here going on 6 years. One of the best benefits, besides all the wonderful amenities, is the maintenance team. Whenever there’s an issue they are here within a reasonable amount of time. Today we had a problem with the slider door lock and they showed up within an hour and were able to fix it right away.

Security Deposit Not Returned

Moved out end of April. Had to get court judgement in order for them to be ordered to return my security deposit which was wrongfully withheld. It is now the end of September and am still waiting for my security deposit.

From initial contact to picking up my keys to move in, I have had a pleasant experience with the staff at California Apartments. I have felt nothing but welcomed by them. They even had toiletries, mugs, a couple bottles of water, popcorn bags, cleaning supplies/dish towel, and ice trays in the apartment. I've never experienced that kind of thoughtfulness and hospitality from any other places I've rented. The maintenance crew is responsive and helpful; I never felt like I was bothering them. They ...
also complete work orders quickly and provide education on replacements if necessary. It's a friendly, quiet, and convenient place to live. I just moved in at the end of April/beginning of March and I am looking forward to staying here.

I lived on the third floor but then because of a medical conditions I was hospitalized and not able to return to my former apartment because I could not use the stairs Cheryl and Amy were so kind they rented me a first floor apartment temporarily when I got home from the hospital until a permanent first floor apartment was available the apartment that was made available for me had been remodeled it’s absolutely beautiful and I can’t tell you how kind they’ve been to me all I have to do is call ...

I can’t say enough about the ladies that facilitated my apartment. It was difficult getting an apartment in the area this time of year and only a couple of months after Covid restrictions were lifted. They have been very professional, helpful and caring.
I’m very new to the area and so far I really like the property and area. I can’t wait to use the pool.
I haven’t even been here a week but so far; so very good.

The staff are amazing here. We've been here for about a year and love it. The grounds are beautiful with pine trees, seasonal flowers, and luscious grass. + there's TONS of amenities (hall to rent, tennis court, dog park, swimming pool, jacuzzi, car wash... I mean I've never even heard of an apartment complex that had its own car wash area until now!). But what really makes California stand out are the employees. Amy is wonderful.
