In addition to having a strong problem with cockroaches, the facilities are always dirty.
The maintenance people after fixing a problem several times in your apartment, they try to charge you. Management people aren’t very professional, they’re good at collecting the rent but not at explaining to you why they won’t give you your deposit back once you leave the apartment at the indicated time and in better conditions than they gave it to you. And even later you have to be dealing with calls from ...
collectors, because you supposedly owed them money. I don't recommend moving here at all.

Our cleaning staff is here six days per week, and our pool vendor visits three times a week. Our pest control vendor visits weekly, and we encourage residents to contact us if their home needs treatment. We’re happy to get it scheduled as soon as possible.
