    Due to my move being out of state one I didn’t have the time to check this property more than once, I applied-signed the lease under the impression this was a Luxury community, once living here I came to the reality that as long as you can pay rent anyone can move in, that amenities are not well maintained, and the policies are not strictly enforced to ensure all residents have a decent living experience.
