Management is not responding any service request. Don't have light and fan in the living area. We have one month old bady still they are not responding to my request. Maintance is too worst. Leasing office staff behaving irresponsible.

Please avoid staying in this society. If you do not want mental peace then you are most welcome.
Property staffs do not know the amenities provided to the Apartments.
They take minimum a month to resolve a minor complain raised by resident so think of raising a bigger issue.
You need to remind the complains multiple times then only these property staffs will notice the issue.
They hardly receives the phone call you make for any queries or problems.

I’ve not had a serious negative experience that has swayed me to consider moving, but the number of headaches (washer, dryers breaking, not being able to get in contact with management) are too frequent for me to praise Calloway at this current moment. If you need a place to stay there are far worse options. But please remember at the end of the day there is no perfect complex.

Very poor management & maintenance. List of issues with this apartments,
- Water off now & then without prior notice & poor communication from management ( they never when it will be repaired or restored)
- Old buildings causing lot of noisy to lower floors & making sleepless nights to lower floor tenants. If you complaint about this, very poor response from management as if they are here to just collect rent from tenants. I got migraine because of this.
- Rain water contaminated around your ...
flats if rains & it obviously bring lot of mosquitoes etc into flat.
- Front desk is very rude in responding for any of your queries, just to collect my keys it took 6 months, imagine any other favours if you ask for.
- Maintenance requests that I made when onboard flat still not fixed & it is into 8th month in lease term, imagine how best they delivering it.

I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone as it has lots of structural issues, causing health issues (not only front desk is rude but need to suffer with roaches everywhere)

Stay away from these apartments if you want sanity and peace of mind. High priced, low maintenance care, bug infested, unconcerned management, loud and filty neighbors, apartments haven't been fixed on since they were built. I hate it here
