We live in Calusa Cove and the overall condition of the property, cleanliness, and general maintenance service are excellent. All office and maintenance staff treat tenants with courtesy and professionalism. We recommend this housing community! Great Staff/Poor investment

Management and Maintenance is composed by A+ people which make all the difference. The missing star is for things that the owners with the government have not done and I believe they are necessary...like, cameras on floors (to monitor tenants that dont respect common areas)and parking, decals for renters for vehicles (2 per unit) because parking lot that even though is very big, gets full late at night.

I've be living here for almost five yrs. I've had my ups and bads here. Getting repair here is not easy. But this is home. I love the area. Very quite, no one bothers you. Great area to raise your kids. If that's what drew my attention here. Nice Lake view aswell in the mornings.
