Just Awful
September 12, 2023One word: Pests. A lot. Roaches, snakes, spiders. The laundry room stays broken. Maintenance is a joke. Not worth the $900+ rent.Property Manager Responded

You can do better
October 5, 2018These places aren't as bad as they look on the outside. It is a nice quiet community and a good place to live. But expect nothing from the management. They are never on time and always rude. A 3 year old could do a better job at managing such a small complex. The only employee worth anything is the maintenance man. He is a very nice man who does a good job on time. Wonderful employee. Cannot say that about the individuals behind the front desk. Ive been here over a year and still don't know what ...they get paid to do. Put in my two month leave today. You can do better than this place I promise.Property Manager Responded
