Great Apartment

This was our first apartment and it was amazing. Staff were nice, management got stuff done within a few days of requests, our apartment was a perfect size for us. The only issue I have are that someone in our building leaves their dog poop around and doesn’t pick it up. It smells and sucks to step in (if you walk through the grass). Aside from that and the occasional gun shots from the shooting range nearby, it’s a really wonderful place to stay at. No other problems whatsoever.

These apartments are beautiful. I have lived in a few apartments in Nacogdoches, and these are by far my favorite. The area is so quiet and peaceful, and there have been gorgeous renovations. These apartments are starting to feel like luxury homes.

Signed a 6 month lease & the very next month there was a notice to renew on my door. In the past 6 months, I’ve seen more people moving out than in & I can see why. They have a pest control problem they can’t “control”.

I absolutely love living in the apartments here. The office staff is exceptional and the maintenance team is on top of the game. I can sit on my patio and enjoy the peace of mind that I am safe. You really should check out this complex if you are in need of an apartment. I promise you won't be dissappointed.

Have had the best experience with the staff here at Cambridge Court. They've been on top of any maintenance issues and always respond immediately. Move in was easy and carefree. Even signed the lease electronically which was great with my busy schedule. Victoria and Clarissa are the absolute best. I couldn't ask for anything more. Apartment was clean and nice. New carpet and wood floors. Newer appliances, and refinished countertops looked great. As if I haven't said enough, I could say more! ...
