August 17, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is super close to campus, which makes getting to class so easy! The apartments themselves are really nice, and the amenities make it even better! The management was super attentive during move-in and even came by the next day to fix a couple of things right away, which made the whole process so smooth!!Review from Apartments.com

August 16, 2025Nice community and amenities. However, management has been an issue for me. They offer incentives for lease renewal, but do not plan accordingly. Previously, I had renewed for incentives, which in that case was a gift card, and it took approximately four months to receive it. August 4, 2025It can be hard to get in contact with the office when you need something. They need a bigger maintenance team and better communication between tenants and maintenance. The lack of communication between maintenance/management and tenants made it really difficult at times to get answers or be in the loop of what is going on in general. March 23, 2025Very expensive for very little return. Trash everywhere and if something breaks you have to pester them to fix it. Gym is very limited and most of the equipment is broken.Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2025I had the most incredible experience staying at Cambridge Creek! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how beautiful and well designed everything is. The appliances are so nice and everything is so modern . The amenities are amazing too there’s so much to enjoy, The apartment itself is super spacious, with a really thoughtful layout that made me feel right at home.
