August 17, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is super close to campus, which makes getting to class so easy! The apartments themselves are really nice, and the amenities make it even better! August 16, 2025Nice community and amenities. However, management has been an issue for me. They offer incentives for lease renewal, but do not plan accordingly. Previously, I had renewed for incentives, which in that case was a gift card, and it took approximately four months to receive it. August 4, 2025It can be hard to get in contact with the office when you need something. They need a bigger maintenance team and better communication between tenants and maintenance. The lack of communication between maintenance/management and tenants made it really difficult at times to get answers or be in the loop of what is going on in general.
